Nurse-led services
Our learning disability supported living accommodation can be adapted to suit the individual needs of a teenager with a learning disability. We offer nurse-led community activities but also give our guests the one-on-one time they deserve.
Our learning disability service prefers looking after service users who have had a PBS plan to use with them. We have devoted staff who are ready to engage with this clientele group. We believe in effective communication with our service users through the use of evidence based communication tools.

Evidence based care is what we believe in as we move with the times.
We are a nurse led service which operates under the guidance of the Nursing and Midwifery Council. This means that we are accountable at every level for the care that we give.
At Zipporrahmeadows Plus, we believe in involving other complementary services to ensure that our service users get holistic care that they need while under our care.
We prefer our settings to be a home for our service users, where there is peace and tranquillity hence the ‘meadows’ in our name.
